I Blame It On Bush

Posting will be light, maybe non-existent for the next couple of days. And I blame it entirely on President Bush. He is the blame for everything don't you know. I mean, he controls the power of nature and sent Hurricane Katrina to where I live so surely this sickness I'm now experiencing is more than likely the result of Hurricane Katrina, ergo, President Bush is to blame for the Katrina Cough I've had for the past two months. This insidious ploy of his has now developed into something more serious, the Katrina Reaction to Mold and Mildew Everywhere. All my body's defenses are out in full force to combat this. So, while I go into work today, as soon as I get home, it's blankies and hot toddy's for me.

UPDATE: Didn't make it past putting the keys in the ignition. Have taken necessary allergy medicine, applied Vick's vapor rub, have my box of Kleenex, and my blankie.

carola,

Thanks! That's all I did yesterday was sleep. Which is good because it meant the medicine was controlling the coughing and the sneezing and all that other stuff. Today, I am not having the light headedness nor the dizziness.

Your being under the weather must be related to global warming; which we know President Bush's 5 years in office is absolutely responsible for! Amazing how we keep supporting our President, isn't it?

Feel better!

Dear anonymous,

The British flag will remain. It is there because Brits have experienced the horrors of terrorist attacks like Israel and the US. Also, your country's support in Iraq is greatly appreciated. Would it surprise that I watch BBC News America, read BBC News online, and read TimesOnline? The barbarism of terrorist attacks on citizens of Israel, American, British, Spanish, Indonesian, Bangladash, Bali, Belsan, Malaysia, and other countries across the world must be spoken of and condemned. There is no justification for these acts of murder.

Be thankful that you live in a country in which you criticize your Prime Minister. Try being a citizen of Saudi Arabia, or any other Islamic country and saying that. No tea and crumpets for you!!

Perhaps if the BBC news ran more articles like South Africa and apartheid, on the injustice that Muslim women face under Islamic countries, it would have a positive impact. Maybe more stories on how homosexuals are treated in Saudi Arabia and Iran might save the saves of them. Maybe more stories on how Christians are being thrown out of their homes in Indonesia, how Buddhists are being murdered in Indonesia, how Christians have been driven from Bethlehem by Palestinians, how Coptic Christians in Egypt are discriminated against, maybe things will change.

As I said, the British flag well remain and I appreciate my cousins across the pond. Cheers!

Hey K, hope you're feeling better now. Great response to anon! "Den of filth"? Surely he's on some kind of meds... I could send anon to some true dens of filth, including beheadings. Or is that considered OK with anon?

anonymous,

Talk about rose-tinted spectacles and bubblew fantasy! You justify the attacks on London from the words of the attackers themselves? Geesh!!

Terrorism is not mindful of anything expect inflicting terror on whoever. Terrorists are cold blooded murderers. If you cannot see that and must justify their attacks on some warped ideology of the attackers, you are just as culpable as them. There is no justification for the murders of school children, women, people riding the busw, etc.

And while you may not agree with your governments stance, there are many in your country who do.

anonymous,

There have been stories from Palestinians who have loudly proclaimed the supposed injustice of Israel and the IDF. Those claims have later proven to be false.

I consider filth to be the daily proclamations from mullahs advocating the deaths of Israeli citizens. I consider filth the hate that is taught in the Palestinian schools. I consider it filth when a suicide bomber is given instructions to set off her deadly charge at the very hospital she was given treatment and to take out as many Israelis as she can!!

We could go on all day ping ponging back and forth about this. What I would like to happen is for the Palestinians to renounce all terrorism and co-exist with Israel. I am sure they are many in Palestine who would like that all also. Many in Palestine have benifitted from the jobs and health care that is available in Israel. My hope is that more Palestinians will do like the parents of Ahmed Ismail Khatib. Instead of blaming everything on the Israelis, the Palestinians need to have leaders that will use aid given to help build up the lives of those in Palestine. Instead of calling for infatidas, call for an end to the corruption and misspent monies.

What do you think would be better for Palestinians, continuing infatida or living in peace with Israel?

I certainly appreciate someone who has the gumption to comment on a site and offer nothing but hate. Why not go somewhere else to loudly proclaim that someone controls a den of filth?

This is obviously terrorism.

Anonymouse.
You need FACTS mate.
You bubble but give no facts.
When you say innocent children are killed by the Israelis you need to provide facts.
I can accuse you of killing innocents as well does it make you a killer?

Seawitch always bases her arguments on FACT on something thta HAPPENED not on emotional dribble like your good-self.

"does she have to ban me"
I'd say yes because you are annoying little shit - a vandal.
I am sure that young vandals spraying graffiti on other people's property also think they have something important to say.

felis,

I believe I've banned him/them. There were three different IP addresses that matched up with the time frame of the comments and were from the UK. If I've banned someone by mistake, can't help it.
