Experiencing the first feeder band from Tropical Storm Arlene is passing through here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. No wind, just a lot of rain, probably about 1 - 2 inched per hour.
That was the only feeder band that came through. We were lucky once again. Poor Florida though, TS Arlene landed between Mobile AL and Pensacola FL, which is about 100 miles from here. FL seems to either have a big kick me sign or a bullseye painted on it somewhere.
Hi Patrickafir,
It's not too bad. We have plenty of warning and can prepare and evacuate if need be. I usually stay at home unless it's a Catagory 4 or 5. A Catagory 4 storm has winds 131-155, a Catagory 5 storm has winds 156 and above.
One of my hobbies is photography. I hope you enjoy the pictures I've posted. Clicking on a photo will enlarge it.

Lets hope it won't get any worse than that.
Take care
