It's A Birthday!

Nineteen years ago today, God entrusted me with the care of a most precious gift, my son. Of course He left off a few minor details: no sleep, colic, and the price tag. But all of that was more than compensated for by watching him grow into a young adult who is ready to spread his wings. I just hope that I instilled in him those things that he will need: faith, responsibility, and a sense of humor.

boz,

He's a lot bigger! I have to look up at him now. He doesn't like me posting about him and I wasn't sure how he would feel if I posted a more recent picture.

St C.,

Thanks!!

Wonderful to see this! Post a picture of him doing something he likes to do, maybe he'll be OK with that.

But most importantly, did you instill him with a quivering, paralyzing fear of the consequences of running afoul of Mom? heh Happy birthday, and congratulations on what it likely the hardest job there is, Karen.
