Two From Lodi to Be Deported
Mohammad Adil Khan, and his son, Mohammad Hassan Adil have admitted to overstaying their visas and will be deported. Both maintain they were not involved in any terrorists activities. Khan's wife, daughter, and another son will also be returning to Pakistan. Department of Homeland Security chief counsel, Richard Le Ferve said that both men were being deported "to remove any potential threat to the community" and that foreign nationals would not be allowed to stay in the US and use it as a haven for activities that put the US or other countries at risk. It could take up to two weeks before they are on the way to Pakistan. Until then, they will remain in custody.
The third man arrested for immigration violations, Shabbir Ahmed is fighting deportation.
Two down, one to go on the visa violations. Good riddance. Ya'll don't come back, you hear.

Releasing these two into the wild to spawn, breed, and continue the Jihad might not be such a good idea. I'd prefer to see them locked up in a US prison. At least they'd serve an example to the rest of the Muslim fifth column in this country that there can be a price to pay for treason and sedition.
Dig the clipper ship!
That would be a good thing to do. The other two, the Hayets, who were arrested on criminal charges and not visa violations should be going to prison soon.
Thanks!! It's the HMS Winston Churchill.
They should go to Gitmo. Only they would have such a good time there. Darn. Why send them out to plan more attacks? All they have to do is come across the Mexican border. Geez.
Rosemary,
Too many frat parites happening at Gitmo, you know the bra on the head thing along with being read Harry potter books.
I don't like the idea of letting these terrorists out into the wild. The only way this would be a good idea would be if they were fitted with some kind of GPS tracking system so that we could follow them, and see where they go....
Gitmo sounds like a much better idea.
Club Gitmo? You folks are way too nice!
felis & bob,
While I wish we could keep them locked up, all they had against these two is the visa violations. The other two, the Hayats, who face criminal charges(terrorism) are awaiting trial and are still locked up.
As is Khan, who is fighting his deportation.
