Hurricane Katrina's Storm Surge
Today was the first time I have seen video of the storm surge created by Hurricane Katrina. Cricket sent me a link to a video of it. I think the hotel in the video may be the Grand Casino's Hotel in Gulfport. I am not sure though. All I know is that everyone in this video by the grace of God came out alive
This is just a sampling of the hammering from the brutal 30-40 foot storm surge that ravaged the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Me too and that's one of the reasons I leave even though I'm ten miles from the beach. A surge like the one we had follows creeks, rivers, ditches, and bayous. There is no stopping it.
