This afternoon, I took the following in my flowerbed. The plant is a lantana and the butterfly is a Gulf Fritillary.

Thank you. Ya'll have been getting rain that we actually need down here. It has only rained once since Katrina hit. It's a shame about the leaves. I always marvel at the pictures of the color changes in NE. We mostly have pine trees and our signs of fall are much subtler.
